In order to obtain something you have never had, you have to do something you never have done!! (I'm going to try and live that quote out the best I can).
Today I started off my day juicing for the first time. Obviously I've juiced watermelon before but never added veggies. It actually didn't taste half bad. Now I'm definitely not going to live off of the liquid juice alone, especially on day 1. For lunch I'm going to have eggs with spinach and possibly toast. Following that up with a V8 like concoction. For dinner I'm supposed to go over to grandma's so I will juice and eat whatever she makes as well. For dessert I think I'll have a yogurt smoothie. :)
Hopefully I can lose a few lbs and start to feel better in general. :)
